"PRISM" PULSE JET DUST COLLECTOR

"PRISM" Dust Collector are useful in wide variety of process equipment for chemical, dyes, cement, pharmaceutical, pigments, fertilizer, petrochemicals, Thermal Stations and other industries for various dust emitting.Dust collectors unit can handle dust loadings for more than 2kg/m3 of air.

Working Principle

The unit is a fully automatic, self-cleaning, and factory-assembled system. The filter elements are properly fitted and enclosed within a dust-tight housing.

Polluted (dust-laden) air enters the housing and passes through the filter elements. Dust particles are retained on the outer surface of the filter elements, while clean air passes through them. The purified air is then sucked by a suction blower and released into the atmosphere.

The cleaning cycle operates through a periodic, momentary reverse jet pulse. A burst of compressed air is injected in the reverse direction into the filter elements, causing the accumulated dust to dislodge and fall from the filter surface for collection.

The timing of the cleaning cycle is controlled by an electronic sequence timer and pneumatic valves, ensuring efficient and continuous operation of the dust collection system.
