Prices : Prices are Exclusive of all Taxes.
Taxes : Extra at actual.
Freight Charges : Extra as actual.
Insurance : At your Scope (if Required)
Payment : 100% Against Proforma Invoice before dispatch.
Delivery : Within 1/2 Weeks from the date of receipt your Technocommercially clear P.O.
Installation Charges : Rs.3000/- Per Day or Actual Basis Which Ever is Higher
Transportation charges are extra as actual or Min 2500/- Per Day which ever is higher.
Utility Required : Cabling, Comp. Air or Mechanical Arrangement are in your scope of supply. (if Req.)
Other : In Case any Civil Work ,Piping , Fitting are Required In your Scope Of supply.
It Support : Any Computer,Printer and other IT related peripherals are from your scope of supply.
One process Known Person should be provided by your side for proper installation.
Legal : Any Legal Liability is Subjected to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction only.
Acomodation and lodging and boarding charges are extra as actual. (if Req.)
Validity : 30 Days from Submit of Qtn.
