ISO 14001 specifies requirements for environmental management system. It is intended to use by organizations who aim to align their environmental responsibilities systematically. ISO 14001 was designed by Environmental management Technical Committee ISO/TC 207, Subcommittee SC 1, Environmental management systems.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
The organization shall establish, document, implement, maintain and continually improve an EMS in accordance with the ISO 14001 requirements. The organization shall define and document the scope of its environmental management system.
