3. Check- Monitoring and reviewing performance against the policies, objectives and actions to be undertaken for continuous improvement and reporting the results
4. Act- Maintains and improve the management system by taking corrective actions based on results .Reviewing and reappraising the scope ,policy and objectives if required.
